He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Johnson and Marie Johnson; and his son David Bryan Johnson (Annette Johnson). He is survived by: his brother Randall of Broomfield, CO.; and his sons, Martin, Paul, Douglas and Perry. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
