He is survived by: his father Gerald Johnson; his wife Courtney; his children, Taylan and Gentri; his mother Ona Lee Johnson of Amarillo, TX; his sister Karla Johnson-Grimes (Jeff) of Denver, CO; his mother-in-law Gloria Palmer; his siblings-in-law, Ryan Palmer (Jennifer), Trent Palmer (Dianne), Todd Palmer and Corrie Harris (Jeff); and his nieces, Sophia Johnson-Grimes and Sara Disselkamp Lamour.
