She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Johnson; her sister Dinah B. Thomas; her children, Juan Brown (Shakanda Pratt), Don Brown (Katrina), Tim Johnson (Teresa), Dreal Taylor (Andrew) and Lashon Johnson; and her goddaughter Rachel Boxley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
