It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Trudy Ann Maupin of Amarillo, Texas, born in Brookfield, Missouri, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Trudy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Trudy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Maupin and Madeline Maupin; and her sister Janet Rothe of Greeley, Colorado.. She is survived by: her sister Julie Huffman (Phil) of Amarillo; her niece Sarah Hendrick (Aaron) of San Antonio; her nephews, Joshua Huffman of Amarillo, Tracy Rothe (Marci) of Berthoud and Joel Rothe (Hope) of Loveland, Colorado; and her brother-in-law Alvie Rothe of Greeley, Colorado.. She is also survived by sister's friends.
