She is survived by: her grandchildren, Richard Joseph Butcher (Meaghan), Harold Butcher (Ashley), Andrew Butcher and Jennifer Butcher; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Ethan; her husband Deryal Pannell; and her son Elton Richard (Heather). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a community of friends.
