She was predeceased by: her grandfather Calvin Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Tyrin Lewis, Tashanna Cook, Carey and Carey'ona Lewis; her siblings, Ebony Lewis, Steve Lewis and Jeffery McCullough, Jr.; her parents, Doreen Lewis and Jeffery McCullough, Sr.; and her grandmother Annette Lewis. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
