It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stanley Green of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Stanley may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Green, Sr.; his grandmother Green; and his wife Wyanette Caldwell. He is survived by: his children, Mark Green (Jana) of Amarillo, TX, Debbie Hall (Steve) of Clermont, FL, Cindy Naugher (David) of Lubbock, TX and Melissa Adams (Michael) of Hutto, TX. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel (4180 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79109). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1208 S Tyler St, Amarillo, TX 79101).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Preschool, 1208 S. Tyler St., Amarillo, TX 79101.
