She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Shawhart and Allene Shawhart; her husband Bobby Joe Sperry; and her brother Jimmy Lee Shawhart. She is survived by: her son Michael Sperry (Darla) of Amarillo; and her grandsons, Michael Chase Layton and Mason Joseph Sperry.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox Rowley Funeral Home (4180 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79109). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cox-Rowley Funeral Home Chapel (4180 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79109). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery-Memphis Fm.
