The memory of Russell Reneau of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on December 27, 2024 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levest Reneau and Clarabell Reneau; his wife Jean Reneau; and his siblings, James Reneau, Buddie Reneau and Ermastein Burnette.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny Reneau (Marla) of Amarillo, Russ Reneau (Joan) of Amarillo and Marty Reneau (Sandy) of Amarillo; and his brother Robert Reneau (Sonya). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox Rowley Funeral Home (4180 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79109). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arden Road Baptist Church (6701 Arden Rd, Amarillo, TX 79109).
