He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jo Gibbins Parker; his wife Debbie Parker; his sons, Kelsey Parker (Tessa) of Amarillo and Zack Parker of Columbia; his stepchildren, Joshua Cochran (Sara) of Richland and Jaime Weiland (Will) of Amarillo; his sister Deborah Foster (Bo) of Amarillo; and his grandchildren, Kelton, Kenzlee, Cole, Kendall, Kambrie, Makayla, Silas, Ashton and Ari. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
