He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise G. Wilkinson and Col. Robert N. "Wilkie" Wilkinson; his brother Claude; and his sister-in-law Lisa Magee. He is survived by: his wife Jo Lynn Wilkinson; his daughter Tricia Wilkie (Eric); his grandchildren, Lauren and Madelyn; his son Trey Wilkinson (Abbey); his grandchildren, Parker and Elizabeth Anne; his brother-in-law Kelley Magee; his nephew Steve Magee (Anne Labaito); his niece Stephanie Smith (Paul); his great-nephew Miles; his great-niece Maggie; and his sister-in-law Janis Smith.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (1100 S Harrison St, Amarillo, TX 79101).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Alzheimer's Association, or Harrington Cancer Center.
