He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Smith of Amarillo; his children, Ronnie Smith, Ricky Smith of Colorado, Richard Smith Jr of California, Timothy Smith of California, L. T. Smith, Alex Smith of Amarillo, Gloria Smith, Carolyn Smith of California and Linda Ramzy (Kevin) of Amarillo; his stepchildren, Lulu Jacobs (Kevin) of Amarillo, Clarissa Harden of Lubbock, Mikel Johnson (Vicki) of Oklahoma City, Kevin Johnson (Cecelia) of Amarillo and Corey Goudeau (Kryssalee) of Amarillo; and his siblings, Dock Smith (Bobbie) of Wiley Smith, Mal Smith of California, Robert "Bobby" Smith of Washington, Emmer Hale of Arkansas, Betty Sue Calhoun (Willie) of Florida, Flora Williams (Elgin) of Washington and Mary Jane Redmond (Curtis) of Amarillo, Texas. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren, 36 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
