With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Young of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on December 5, 2024 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Fleming and Bonnie Fleming; her husband Curtis Young; and her son Steve Young. She is survived by: her son Jeff Young (Christie) of Amarillo; her sister Connie Fritz of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Emery, Michael, Cooper and Cody; her great grandchild Ollie; and her nieces, Dusti Sugar (Chris), Wendi Brock (Matt) and Christi Musick (Charlie). She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox Rowley Funeral Home (4180 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79109). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
