He was predeceased by: his father Bill Hopson; and his brothers, Charlie and Gary Hopson. He is survived by: his mother Nelda Hopson; his wife Teressa McDowell of Copperas Cove, TX; his children, Shannon (Tobias Cooper) of Amarillo and Justinian (Jessica); his grandchildren, David, Arielle, Jonathan and Priscilla of Guthrie; his sister Pam Buralli; and his son JJ of Killeen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Killeen Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery (3516 Lake Rd, Killeen, TX 76543).
