He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lillian Loyce Waters and Loyd Dean Waters; his siblings-in-law, Thelma Joyce Waters and William David Ritter (Bill); and his parents, Ernest Loyd Waters and Loreta Bell Waters (Burns).
He is survived by: his children, Kristi Marie Butler (Michael), Jeffery Keith Waters (Kris), Karla Sue McKenna (Coner) and Anthony Paul Waters (Kailey); his grandchildren, Shanda KayLynn Henrichs (Kenneth), Kasey Marie Pohlmeier (Levi), Alexander Keith Waters (Katelyn), Audree Diane Waters and Katherine Ann McKenna (Katie); his great grandchildren, Micah, Grant Henrichs, Ethan, Charli, Lucy and Rossi Pohlmeier; and his siblings, Robert Kenneth Waters (Charrie), Harold Leon Waters (Marsha) and Loreta Joyce Ritter (Waters). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Georgia Baptist Church (5209 S Georgia St, Amarillo, TX 79110).
