He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand DeVito and Maria Stella DeVito; his siblings, Jimmy, Fanny and Tilly; his wife Frances; his son Louis DeVito; and his son-in-law Gary Schweitzer.
He is survived by: his children, Mark DeVito (Vicki) and Kathy Schweitzer; his grandchildren, Lydia (Aaron), Andrew (Heidi), Kate (Mark), James (Emily), Anna (Jose) and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Jakson, Madyson, Ashlynn, Mercy, Jude, Annabelle, Joey, Louis, Eliyanah and Luke.
