She is survived by: her mother Christena Hernandez; her stepfather Jay Alonzo Sr.; her children, Sylena, Alexis, Haza, Lolo and Roman; her sisters, Michelle and Krystal Hernandez; her stepbrothers, Jay Alonzo Jr. and Jose Alonzo; her aunts, Suzann Garza and Terri Burnett; and her grandmother Virginia Mendez.
