It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Moffet Crawford Jr. of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Max departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Max. Though Max may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Crawford and Olivia Crawford; his brother William Gormley; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Inman and Doris Gormley (Randall Gormley).
He is survived by: his siblings, Maxine Inman, Randall Gormley and James Gormley (Janice); his niece Rebecca Colpoys (Kevin); his nephews, Matthew Inman (Elizabeth) and Michael Inman (Jessica); and his great-uncle Max.
