It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcos Mendez of Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Pedro Mendez; and also Jesusita Mendez. He is survived by: his sons, Marcos Mendez (Whitley Mendez) and Matthew Mendez (Shaneque Mendez); his granddaughters, Mikaela Mendez, Chloey Mendez, Gentri Mendez, Madilyn Mendez and Lucy Mendez; and his siblings, Pete Mendez, Rudy Mendez, Gloria Valdez and Christy Mendez. He is also survived by his two boys and his five granddaughters as well as his brothers and sisters and his countless nieces, nephews, and friends.
