She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Hough Roach and Tom Roach; her husband Doug Garrett; her son Mark Garrett (Emma) of Austin; her grandchildren, Sarah and Ben; her son Scott Garrett (Nicole Corrigan-Garrett) of Frisco; her grandchildren, Luke and Claire; her brother Robert Roach (Holly) of Yardley; her nephew Andrew Roach; her nieces, Emily Roach and Sally Gadea; her brothers, Tom Roach (Fran) of Oklahoma City and John Roach (Linda) of Oklahoma City; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Carolanne Roach and Daniel Roach. She was also cherished by her husband, children, grandchildren.
The family encourages donations in Lou Ann's memory to the charity of your choice. Any flower donations may be directed to Boxwell Brothers, where come-and-go viewing will be held from 12 to 8 pm on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, and until 2 pm on Thursday prior to the service.
