She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Oquin and Jerry Oquin (Kelp); and her husband Ken Forthman. She is survived by: her sister Dana Craig of Amarillo, TX; her nephew Clint Craig (Martha) of Waxahachie, TX; and her great-nephews, Kai and Kethan.
