With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lilly Mae Moldenhauer (Amarillo, Texas), born in Vinson, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 18, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buffalo and Fayemama (Gube); her daughters, Cathy Fields and Karen Dove; her siblings, Doug Boone, Curtis Boone and Jeanne Larance; and her great grandchild Drew Lewallen.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Watson (Roy) of Prosper, TX, Jerry Moldenhauer (Linda) of Canyon, TX, Rick Moldenhauer of Canyon, TX, Randy Moldenhauer (Brenda) of Carriere, Mississippi and Alan Moldenhauer (Tama) of Canyon, TX; her sons-in-law, Vern Fields of Sahuarita, AZ and Ronnie Dove of Austin, TX; her siblings, Elaine Boatright of Edmond, OK, Fayreen Lucas (Dee) of Wichita Falls, TX, Don Boone (Cheryl) of Follett, TX and Nicky Boone (Donna) of Hollis, OK; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Fennel of Amarillo, TX and Clara Jewett of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grand children and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, High Plains Food Bank or the Cottages at Quail Creek.
