She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thomas Petitt and Beatrice Mary Draycott Petitt; her brother Ken; and her children, Deborah Hoover and Robert Bearden.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her children, James Bearden (Melissa) of Amarillo and Sandra Brockwell (Randy) of Oakland, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Lee Bearden (Manda) of Round Rock, Texas, Chelsea Cole (Taylor) of Canyon, Texas, Elizabeth Varner (Charlie), Kyle Jefferson (Kelly), William Brockwell of Oakland, Tennessee, Jake Brockwell (Ashton) of League City, Texas and Alley Zimmerman (Parker) of Lakeland, Tennessee; and her siblings, Raymond Petitt of Amarillo, Texas, Ronald Petitt (Patty) and Carol Farrer (Roy). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
