He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hanes and Anita Hanes; and his sister Colleen Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Neila Ritchie; his children, Tana Young of Amarillo and Steven Hanes (Kristi) of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Tyler Hanes (Jenny Wood) of Amarillo, Jordan Hanes of Amarillo, Brittany Hanes of Amarillo, Kirstie Hanes of Amarillo, Easlynn Hanes of Amarillo, Bryton Sieker (Michael Monroe) of Amarillo and Bethany Sieker of Amarillo; his great grandchildren, Kaelynn and Kenny; and his sister Connie Wood of San Antonio. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
