He is survived by: his father Leo O'Toole of Edgewood, NM; his former wife Lori O'Toole; his children, Tamara Christine O'Toole (Chance Wait) of Canyon and Kelly Todd O'Toole; his brother Michael O'Toole; his sister-in-law Laura O'Toole of Albuquerque, NM; his close friend Lori O'Toole of Amarillo; his daughter-in-law Megan O'Toole of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Jordyn Kirby, Bailey Wilson (Colin Arellano), Tyson Johnstone, Jaxon Johnstone, Dalton O'Toole, Lainey O'Toole, Lynlea O'Toole, Brecken Wait and Branson Wait; his nephew Nathan McCallon; his niece Shelby Koehl; and his uncle Pooter.
