She was predeceased by: her parents, Onesima Arrelin Montoya and Everisto Montoya; her brothers, Guadalupe Montoya and Eduardo Montoya; her son Gilbert Ray "Sonny" Zamora; and her grandson Skylar Zamora.

She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Zamora of Amarillo; her children, Ida Laubhan of Amarillo, Patti Cooke (Chris) of Amarillo and Robert Zamora (Terri) of Chesterfield, MI; her siblings, Braulio Montoya of Williamsburg, NM, Joe Montoya (Callie) of Troy, TX, Robert Montoya (Narene) of Belin, NM and Nellie Montoya of Deming, TX; and her grandchildren, Matthew Booth (Justin) of Amarillo, Chris Laubhan (Ann) of Tyler, TX, Nick Laubhan (Heather) of Wylie, TX, Jase Zamora of Chesterfield, MI, Joey Zamora of Chesterfield, MI, Devanie Bernall, RaeAnn Zamora (Alex), Calvin Thompson (Ashton) of Amarillo, Coltin Thompson (Megan) of Amarillo, Daniel Barela (Sam) of Los Lunas, NM, Christopher Cooke (Kay) of Los Lunas, NM and Chase Cooke (Keller) of Amarillo. She is also survived by 23 great –grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
