He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnathan Edward "John" Palcich and Virginia "Ginny" Rich Palcich. He is survived by: his wife Annette Outley; his children, Antar, Padgy, Tasha, Jillian and Charles; his grandchildren, Malachi, Miracle, Tymarion, Matthew and Datryn; his siblings, Barbara Lea Ramirez (Steven) of Acapulco, Mexico and Richard A. Palcich; and his nephew Hunter Palcich (Trevor A. Palcich). He is also survived by six first cousins, and a host of family and friends.
