She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mayfield and Nell Mayfield; her daughter Haley Helen Hammerbeck; and her niece Natalie Michelle Cryer. She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin Harrison Archer (Sara McNeer Archer) and James Samuel Archer (Ashleigh Price Archer); her grandchildren, Aisleigh, Easton, Mary Claire, Callahan and Harris; and also, Gail, Bambi Mayfield, Peggy, Haider Khan, Molly, Bob Keith, Mary Mayfield and Paula Mayfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to 24 Hours in the Canyon in memory of Johnell.
