He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marvin and Melinda Turner; his brother Marvin; the mother of his children Gerry Small Fite; his children, Carol Stout and David Fite; and his granddaughter Kristen Stout Brown.
He is survived by: his sibling-in-law Gerry Small; his nieces and nephews, Carol, Gail and David; his wife Earlene Petropoulos Fite; his daughter Gail Fite Bingham (Doug Bingham); his grandchildren, Jake (Colby), Emily (Jerome), Brittany (Chris), Bethany (Jonah), Ben, John (Kayla) and Katie (Jeff); his family, Judy and Royse Phillips; and also Shelley. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
