She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Small (Bob) of Medicine Lodge, KS and Diane Smart (Tracie) of Amarillo, TX; and her granddaughters, Amy Squires, Cari Davis (Ricky House) and Jana Shaffer (Cody). She is also survived by grandkids; five great-great- grandkids.
