It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jessie Louise Hartwell of Amarillo, Texas, born in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Hartwell; and her daughter Vicki Clary. She is survived by: her brothers, Lynn Raymond Higginbotham and Shelby Gene Higginbotham (Wilma); her niece Shelly; her nephews, Billy and Phillip; her daughter Amanda; her grandchildren, Tristen, Logan and Richard Vandever (Susie); her children, Grant and Morgan (Zach); her son-in-law Tony Clary; her grandson Brett; her daughter Machelle Andresen (Jeff); her grandchild Blake; her great grandchild Conway Clary (Lacy); her stepchildren, Dick, Steve Hartwell and Martha Hartwell; her stepgrandchild Ashley Hutcheson (Brian); her daughters, Hailey, Kaylin, Adyson, Kenzie and Makinley; her grandchild Stacey Helton (Nick); her sons, Tryston, Caden and Easton; her grandson Jon; and also, Caleb (Savannah), Cain, Mickey Clary (Jaren), Riggs, Kenzie, Ace and Bree. She is also survived by 6 children and stepchildren, 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
