He is survived by: his wife Karel; his sons, Dr. Rick Smith (Dwinna) and Dr. William Smith; his grandchildren, Rob Smith, Krystal Hodge Zach (Cody) and Reid Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kyah Hodge, Caleb Hodge, Clayton Hodge, Colton Hodge, Marlie Smith, Kinsley Smith and Kacie Smith. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and dear friends.
