He is survived by : his wife Robin; his children, Tanya Payne, Latacha Tinnin, James Westmoreland, Jr. (Tracy), Marcus Westmoreland, Tairimia Blount, Zadella Blount and Stevina Blount; his stepdaughters, Ashley Taylor (Marcus) and Tamara Danford (Donnie); and his brother A. L. Westmoreland. He is also survived by grandchildren and several nieces, and nephews.
