He was predeceased by: his parents, James Benard Hart, Sr. and Katie Lee Hart; his wife Kathleen Hart; his daughter Mitzi Hart; his grandchildren, Dusty Bradley and Diane Nelson; his brother Edward Hart; and his pet Rocky.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Mason (Perry) of Tulsa, Wayne Palmer (Shellie) of Tulsa, Renea Dawson of Broken Arrow, James Hart (Tracy) of Skiatook, Steven Hart (Nicole) of Tulsa and Jason Hart (Rachel) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Seth Hart of Amarillo, Katie Ward of Broadus, Montana and Mildred Brown of Breckenridge; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many more family members and friends.
