He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine "Rita" Mettham. He is survived by: his former wife Catherine Reilly; his sons, John T. Mettham (Charlene) of Phoenix, Philip D. Mettham (Lorraine) of Amarillo and Hugh J. Mettham (Suzanne) of Port Washington, NY; and his grandchildren, Holly, Scott, Tara, Michael, Thomas, Philip, Andrew, James and Peter. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
