He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Elsie (Nix) and Louis Glenn Owens. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Owens. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1208 S Tyler St, Amarillo, TX 79101).
