He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Adamson, and Howard Adamson, Sr.; his former wives, Bobbie and Mattie; and his sisters, Geneva Hull, Dorothy Pitman and Inez Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Amy; his sons, Edward Thomas Adamson (Beverly) of Fritch and Ray "Pappy" Adamson of Pampa; his grandchildren, Danny Warner of Pampa, Ray Adamson (Kerrie) of Ft. Worth, Mary Lee Adamson of Canyon and Micah Adamson (Rebecca) of Borger; his stepdaughter Sandra Rhoten (David) of Amarillo; his stepgrandsons, Joshua and Colton; and his friends, Brandy Cherry of Dallas, Lisa Haller of Los Angelas, Jamie Tate of Grove and Terrie Cochran of Skellytown. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
