He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hunt and Jewel Hunt; his siblings, Judy Cash, Ruby Hemphill, Gertrude Roberts, Carroll Hunt, James McCord Hunt and Tommy Hunt; and his sons, Darrin Hunt and Billy Ray Hunt.
He is survived by: his children, Henry Hunt Jr. (Kathy), Tonua Mannin (Roland) of Amarillo and Jackie Tollett (Tony) of Amarillo; his sisters-in-law, Norma Holley and Dorothea Williams; his brother Joe Hunt; and his close friend Misty Evalee. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
