He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Taylor and Nina Taylor; his siblings, Marion Roberts and Robert Taylor; his son Dennis Taylor; and his former wife Marilyn Taylor.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Willard; his daughter-in-law Judy Taylor; and his stepchildren, Mike Scroggins (Cindy) and Sue Erwin (David). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter; many cousins, nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home & Memorial Park Cemetery (6969 E Interstate 40 Hwy, Amarillo, TX 79118). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covenant Presbyterian Church (1400 Wolflin Ave, Amarillo, TX 79109).
