He is survived by: his daughter Rachael Patterson (Heath) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Kirklynn Patterson of Austin, TX and Riley Patterson of Amarillo, TX; his son George "Nathanael" Cook (Samantha) of Newport, MI; his grandchildren, Mason, Madison and Marlee Cook; and his sister Glennda Cook of Taiwan.
