He was predeceased by: his parents, Tull Thompson and Adell Thompson; and his brother Ronnie Lee Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Nanetta Clearman Thompson of Amarillo; his daughters, Cathy Thompson (Thomas Bergami) and JoBeth Hopp (Steve Hopp) of Miamisburg, Ohio; his brother Dennis Thompson (Nancy Thompson) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Keely Hopp, Hailey Hopp, Dane Hopp and Bella Bergami.
