He is survived by: his wife Annette Ortega (Adkisson); his daughter Angela Blackburn; his grandchildren, Torrin Bixler of Austin, TX, Bailey Blackburn of Ft. Worth, TX, Ethan Blackburn of Amarillo, TX and Elizabeth Blackburn of Amarillo, TX; and his sisters, Walcaie Zuber (Don), Peggy Hawkins (Barry), Toni Jo Palmer and Julie Ortega. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
