She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Smith and Anna Smith; her grandson Brent Schoonover; her husband Raymond C. Lewis; and her son Todd.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry and Cheri Schoonover; her children, Terry Schoonover (Barbara) of Folsom, NM and Cheri Harrington of Amarillo; and her grandchildren, Brady Schoonover of Kerrick, Mike Schoonover of Houston, Brenna Payne (Kevin) of Amarillo and Brandi Sutter (Austin) of Amarillo. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
