He was predeceased by: his grandfather Newman; his parents, JC Stovall and Luretta Stovall; and his siblings, Dan Stovall and Becky McClellan.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law McClellan; his wife Mary Ann Scruggs; his daughters, Tamra (Elton Turley) of Dalhart and Keitha (Troy Valdez) of Dalhart; his grandchildren, Sheldon Turley (Kendra) of Ansley, NE, Joslynn Turley Brown (Jacob) of Dalhart, Gavin Valdez (Alex) of Dalhart and Galen Valdez (Mackenzie) of Dalhart; his great grandchildren, Briggs Turley, Asher, Hudson Brown, Violet and Colter Valdez; and his siblings, Richard Stovall (Reg) of Lake Orion, MI and Liz Catron of Farmington, NM.
