He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam Michel and Babs Michel (Tate); his daughter Laura Michel; and his children-in-law, Mark Cornelius and Deborah Cornelius.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Michel; and his children, Lige Michel, Beth Moss, Brandie Cornelius and Carrie Cornelius. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
