With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Don Luetkahans of Amarillo, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Don left this world on March 25, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Luetkahans and Gertie Luetkahans; his former wife Virginia Luetkahans; and his sisters, Lovera Rickman and Mary Rose Buchanan.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Key; his children, Kevin Luetkahans (Kellie) of Canyon and Kim DeMasters (Rick) of Costa Rica; his siblings, Ronnie Luetkahans (Leta) of Amarillo, Joyce Hefner of Amarillo and Evelyn Richie of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Stormie Allard (Grant), Nikki Luetkahans Dennis, Landon DeMasters (Paige), Levi DeMasters (Chanel), Jonathan DeMasters (Amanda) and Austin DeMasters; and his great grandchildren, Ember, Ivy, Dava, Walter, Addyson and Kollen.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Fellowship Church- Student Ministry Center (5000 Hollywood Rd, Amarillo, TX 79118).
