It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Adaline (Longhofer) Hundley (Amarillo, Texas), born in Lipscomb, Texas, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Longhofer and Dollie Longhofer; her husband James Wildon "Warty" Hundley; and her siblings, Henry Longhofer, Etta Bechthold, Viola Thompson, Franklin Longhofer and Maudine Fiel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Hundley Smith (Nathan) and Christie Hundley Norman (Stephen); her grandsons, Zachary Austin Hundley Smith (Cyndie) and Zane Artemus Brazell Smith (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Nox Shea Smith and Axl Artemus Smith.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to the Claude Cemetery (Operating Budget, P.O. Box 189, Claude, TX 79019), or the Armstrong County 4-H Clubs (P.O. Box 528, Claude, TX 79019).
