He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Palacio and Catalina Palacio of Amarillo, TX; his siblings, Vicky Tunnell (Kelly) of Clarendon, TX and Mark Palacio (Erin) of Amarillo, TX; his nieces, Tori Palacio and Teryn Palacio; and his friend Dann Birkholz of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
