He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurel Miller and H. Nick Miller. He is survived by: his son Nicholas M. Miller (Teriann); his siblings, Laurelee Oakley (Jay) and Richard Miller (Connie); and his nieces, Jody Simpson (Brian), Lindsay Hurst (Gene) and Leah Dawson (Rhett). He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
