It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cyrus Milton Fields Jr. of Amarillo, Texas, born in Slaton, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann Fields (Schmidt) and Cyrus Milton Fields, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Angela Boatright (Jay) of Lakeland, FL, Christopher Fields of Levelland, TX, Cyrus Andrew Fields of Amarillo, TX and Wilson Fields of Amarillo, TX; his brothers, Harry B. Fields (Phyllis) of Amarillo, TX, Dr. Hardy H. Fields (Dawn) of Dallas, TX and Dr. Arthur W. Fields (Amy) of Dallas, TX; and his granddaughters, Grace and Emma Boatright.
